NOTICE

The office of the Accountant General (A&E) has decided to adopt the credit balances at the end of 2007-08 as FINAL balances as on 1st April, 2008. Any discrepancy noticed by the subscribers/ DDOs’ in the Annual GPF Statement for the year 2007-08 may be got settled from the Office of the Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh Shimla by the end of the September 2008. Subscribers are requested to check status of credits as per details available with them and report the missing credits for an early settlement. Unreported/ unposted debits will continue to be located by this office till final payments.
