IVRS
(Interactive Voice Response System).
The
office of Accountant General (A&E), Shimla has launched the
Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) on 24th of May, 2007 for
the benefit of State
Government employees.
For logging on to Interactive Voice Response System IVRS dial 0177
2800925.
Facility is available both in English & Hindi. (24 Hrs. 365
days a year).
On
dialing the phone number, you would be prompted to first choose
the language. Thereafter, you have to enter departmental series
code, GPF Account Number and PIN (Personal Identification Number
which has been allotted by the office of Accountant General
(A&E), Shimla) to get the information about GPF. Following information
is available on IVRS by dialing option:-

closing balance of previous financial year.
4
Current balance.
5 Advances/withdrawal during current financial year.
6
Missing Credits during previous financial year.
7
Current status of GPF final payment cases.
8
Change of PIN.
All
calls are chargeable as per rates prescribed.
SEXUAL
HARASMENT COMMITTEE
In
terms of Rule 3C of the C.C.S. (Conduct) Rules, 1964 no Government
servant shall indulge in any act of sexual harassment of any women
at her work place. “Sexual Harassment” includes such
unwelcome sexually determined behaviour whether directly or otherwise,
as on
a)
physical contact and advances;
b) demand or request for sexual favours;
c) sexually coloured remarks;
d) showing any pornography;
e) any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of
a sexual nature.
Any
complaint/ violation regarding sexual harassment of working women
should be reported to any of the members of the complaint committee
constituted in this office under the chairmanship of Ms. Gauri Karol,
Director National Academy of Audit & Accounts Shimla. Other
